Return/Refund

*Returns will be accepted from purchases within 10 days of purchase date for store credit only. Please contact us to obtain "Return Authorization" before shipping any items back. Credit will be issued after your return has been processed (received and checked in). All return costs are paid by the customers unless the item is defective, or a shipping error had occurred.

*Please note, certain items such as special orders, accessories, special sales, and FINAL sales, are non-refundable (no credit, refund or exchanges). Do not ship items back if they do not meet return criteria. Again, please contact us for "Return Authorization" before any returns. All failed return packages will be shipped back to you at your expense, and no credit will be issued.

*The Exuberant Co store credit is valid for one year from the date it was issued. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited.

*Damage claims on package/shipped items must be made within 24 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time.
