International Shipping
For international shipping information, please email us. All import duties and VAT charges are not included in your order total. The Exuberant Co assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, shipping fees, if they are refused or returned. International sales are final. No exceptions.

- Estimated timelines are not guaranteed. Tracking info is provided once the order ships.
- The Exuberant Co is not responsible once the package is marked as shipped and/or delivered. (If you did not receive your package, please follow up with your local carrier's office.)
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted. Address corrections must be made within an hour of placing the order.
- All delivery timing is based solely on shipping carriers/companies. Please be mindful of shipping delays are out of our control.
